Summary:  We are looking for a Drive Tester to conduct network testing and optimization for wireless communication systems. The role involves performing drive tests, collecting RF data, analyzing network performance, and identifying coverage or quality issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Execute drive tests using tools like TEMS, NEMO, or similar.
• Collect and analyze RF data for network optimization.
• Identify signal coverage, interference, and quality issues.
• Collaborate with RF engineers to improve network performance.
• Prepare reports on test findings and recommendations.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, traffic laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies during testing activities.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry.
• Experience with RF testing tools and technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Must be very efficient with TEMS pocket, TEMS investigation, MapInfo is a plus and also be familiar with Actix. 
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• A willingness to travel extensively for field testing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required.

Pay Range in the United States: $24 - $36 based upon geography, skills, and experience.  May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance.
