Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Drive Test Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all drive test teams operating in the field. This role ensures the daily execution of field testing, accurate data collection, and compliance with Carrier’s Method of Procedure (MOP), timely uploads, and smooth communication between field teams, management, and the client. The coordinator is responsible for planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimizing the drive test execution on a daily and weekly basis. This position requires 100% travel.

 

This position will support the Central region which consists of the following states:

Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

 

  • Drive Test Coordination: Coordinate field teams on daily basis to ensure the assigned tasks are completed in timely manner.
  • Daily Planning and Assignment: plan daily collection activities for the Drive Teams maintaining the integrity of assignments/Teams and optimizing performance.
  • Drive start and End Management: Supporting the Field teams at the starting and end of the drive day ensuring the data is uploaded successfully at the end of the day
  • Real Time monitoring and Field Support: monitoring Field team progress throughout the day and monitoring for the desired performance of the team. Supporting field teams in troubleshooting Equipment /workorder issues.
  • Scheduling Management: generating the next day schedule for the field teams based on the input from the customer and availability.
  • Reporting and client communication: providing daily updates on project progress to the management, escalating critical and time sensitive issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with wireless technologies: LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, 5G, MIMO, Carrier Aggregation strongly preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field Team coordination role desired.
  • Experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations is beneficial.
  • Must have good computer skills.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. 
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime
